Meditation and yoga are integral components of our daily school routine, seamlessly incorporated into various activities such as classroom sessions, farm volunteering, hillside hikes, and visits to our sister school, just 15 minutes away. Regardless of the setting, we prioritize the time to center our energy and quiet our bodies and minds. Moreover, these practices extend into our summer programs.
Rise & Thrive Meditation for Teens Circle
Have you ever noticed the surge of excitement, happiness, and joy while engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, camping, or exploring parks and beaches? Undoubtedly!
However, returning home after such adventures may bring about a shift in emotions, where the initial thrill dissipates, leaving behind a sense of longing, boredom, or even overwhelm. You might even find yourself feeling as though something is missing or unfulfilled from the outing, unable to recapture the same level of happiness or joy experienced earlier.
By enrolling your teenagers in our workshops and programs, they can learn to move through life in a centered way, reconnecting with the inherent joy and happiness within themselves. Our encounters with nature and exciting adventures merely scratch the surface of what awaits us through the transformative power of yoga and meditation.
